This Association is composed of Members owning a single family home or patio home. The Semi-Annual Assessment is paid by all Members, and the fees contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of Renaissance's common elements. Patio homes within the Renaissance community are part of their own neighborhood. While this neighborhood has its own Quarterly Assessment, funding patio home landscape and grounds maintenance, and its own budget, it is not its own Association. Owners of patio homes are Members of the Renaissance Homeowners Association and pay the Semi-Annual Assessment, which contributes to the maintenance of the Association’s common elements.
